CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of their appointment time will be charged 50% of their service total. Failure to show up to your appointment without cancellation will be considered a no call no show resulting in a fee of 75% of their service total. Late arrivals : 7 minutes late $7 , 10 minutes late $10 15 minute late $15 + anything after 15 is a cancelled appointment + 50% of their service total will be charged GIFTCARDS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
